Our Story
Built from experience.
Exact Asset was founded by operators who spent years inside hyperscale data centers watching the same problem repeat itself: billions of dollars of physical infrastructure — servers, GPUs, memory, networking — moving through facilities with no reliable system of record.
We built the solution we wished existed. A platform that combines RFID, computer vision, and SI to give operators real-time visibility into every asset — from the moment it arrives to the moment it leaves.
Today we operate out of a 120,000 sq ft facility, process thousands of assets daily, and serve some of the most demanding infrastructure operators in the world.

We run a state-of-the-art automated factory and have secure large-scale facilities with dedicated space, onsite labor and transportation. We handle any size same-day collection and delivery. Assets numbering 1 to 10,000 — we can manage any size deployment or collection.

Exact Asset Privacy Policy

Information we collect. We collect the business contact information you give us through our website, email or phone, such as your name, company, title, email address and phone number. Our website may also use cookies and collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and browser type.
How we use it. We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes and services, manage customer relationships and improve our website.
Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as email, accounting and website hosting providers), when required by law, or with your consent.
Customer devices and data. When we process customer IT equipment, we do not access, copy or retain data stored on it. Data-bearing devices are sanitized with commercially available erasure software or physically destroyed.
Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or opt out of marketing communications, at any time by emailing privacy@exactasset.com. Any marketing emails we send include an unsubscribe link.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including access controls and the encryption provided by our cloud service providers.
